Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information jphoo (“the Site”) collects, how it is used, and how you can manage it. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information: the username, email address and password you provide when signing up. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash that no one can recover. Your nickname and avatar are provided by you.
  • Sign-in and devices: your IP address, browser identifier and sign-in time, used for “Signed-in devices” management, unusual sign-in alerts and abuse prevention.
  • Usage records: search terms, views, saves and similar actions, used for trending rankings, recommendations and improving search.
  • Search by image: images you upload are used only for that search.
  • Performer avatar uploads: when you submit a performer avatar, we record where it came from (which title, which image and the cropped area) and the IP address it was submitted from, to verify its source and prevent abuse.
  • Orders: order numbers, amounts and status of top-ups and purchases. Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms; the Site never accesses or stores your bank card or payment account details.
  • Support conversations: the content you submit through support and any contact details you include.
  • Page error reports: when a page fails, error details are reported automatically. They include only the page path (no query parameters) and no IP address, and are used to find and fix problems.

Local storage

  • The Site stores a small amount of data in your browser (localStorage), such as sign-in credentials, display preferences and whether you have seen certain notices, to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
  • The Site does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking scripts.
  • Clearing your browser's site data will sign you out and restore the default settings.

How long we keep it

  • Detailed usage records (searches, views, etc.) are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically; trending rankings keep only aggregated counts.
  • Images uploaded for search by image are deleted within 15 minutes; only the search results are kept.
  • The source record of a performer avatar (title, image, cropped area and submission IP) is kept together with that avatar and deleted when the avatar is deleted.
  • Page error reports are cleaned up periodically.
  • Account, order and support records are kept for as long as your account exists; order records may be kept longer where required for financial or legal reasons.

How we use and share information

  • The information above is used only to provide and improve the Site's services, keep accounts secure, and handle orders and support requests.
  • The Site does not sell your personal information. Apart from what payment platforms need to process payments, we disclose information only when required by law or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Site and its users.

Your rights

  • In the member center you can view and edit your profile, manage signed-in devices, and sign out of other devices.
  • To export or delete your account data, submit a request through support; we will process it after verifying your identity.

Minors

  • The Site is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and does not knowingly collect information from minors. If we find that a minor has registered an account, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

  • When this policy is updated, we will change the date at the top of this page; significant changes will also be announced on the Site.
